ROLLON is an international Group that works since 1975 in the linear motion field.

The Mission of ROLLON is to provide mechanical components, in order to meet the needs of customers in the field of linear motion, through the right mix of creativity and efficiency.

The Vision of ROLLON is to be an international company well established in the mind of every user of linear motion systems.

The product

ROLLON has developed many families of products capable of solving a great number of problems in machine design and mechanical fields, or wherever there is the need to move machine parts using a low coefficient of friction.

All the main families (COMPACT RAIL, TELESCOPIC RAIL, EASY RAIL, UNILINE, ECOLINE, CURVILINE, LIGHT RAIL, X RAIL, MONO RAIL) offer standardized and modular solutions, made with economy of scale which yields the best price/performance ratio.

The biggest added value is given by the ability to personalize the product according to the application so that, if needed, the product becomes 'unique for each customer'.

Most of the ROLLON products are based on the general principle that makes up the essence and originality of the ROLLON philosophy: a C-shaped rail with internal raceways where, depending on the application, different types of sliders can move.

This design principle is very important in order to understand the main advantage of the ROLLON components compared to other linear solutions on the market: well protected internal raceways and extremely compact rail and slider assembly for tight space restrictions.

The structure

The Group's Corporate Headquarters is ROLLON S.r.l. in Italy (Vimercate, Milan area).

ROLLON in Europe is also directly present in Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic and France.

In North America, ROLLON's headquarters are in New Jersey, USA.

ROLLON is also present worldwide with a network of distributors in nearly all industrialized countries.

Quality

The company's philosophy about quality is to always provide very reliable products and services that exceed the customer's needs and expectations.

To confirm ROLLON's dedication to high quality, ROLLON has been ISO9001 certified since 1995.

During 2009 ROLLON has been recertified following the new standards ISO9001-2008.

Certifying authority was DNV (Det Norske Veritas).
