Rollon Group has taken over Lintec products and brands, effective September 1st, 2007.
Lintec products will be supplied by Rollon manufacturing sites and will be sold through Rollon sales network.
Lintec Center GmbH was active in the linear motion components and systems in different market niches.
Rüdiger Knevels (Managing Director of Rollon GmbH, the German branch of the Group): "With this strategic investment we can expand our product range and we can supply also the previous customers of Lintec Center GmbH with quality products. In addition we approach our goal to become for our Customers a supplier of complete solutions in the linear motion technology."
