ED75
The ED75 have a Compact “U”-rail mounted flat inside the profile and two Compact “U”-rails mounted externally; one on each side.
This configuration offers superior rigidity and is well suited for single axis applications or where a great moments are present.
The ED75 Uniline offers high speeds of up to 196"/sec. and high axial load capacities of up to 1951 lbs. and high My moments of 6160 in-lbs. design for a wide range of applications. The ED75 is prefect for applications where high speed and heavy loads work against most actuators. Working strokes over 20 ft. are standard. With low noise and the ability to operate in contaminated environments, the Compact Rail system of the Uniline is constructed of large radial bearings that operate on a hardened steel surface. Its self aligning bearing system provides less maintenance and more cycles for the fabrication industry.
