The H40 Uniline offers 183 lb. radial load support and linear speeds of up to 118"/s with strokes of over 20 ft. ROLLON's unique Compact Rail design offer two different rail designs TLV18 & ULV18 for the H40 family to maximize and individualize the bearing to our customer's application. Our standard H40 Uniline linear bearing offers the U-rail inside. The U-rail and slider allow the units to function and absorb parallelism errors in the mounting structure. This bearing system works well for large dimensional loads and if addition load support is required. The T-rail on the other hand provides a secure fit of the slider inside the rail. The Compact Rail is placed flat against the inside bottom of the extrusion to minimize the overall dimension to 1.5" x 1.5". The H40 extrusion ends are protected by high quality plastic caps.

The H75 Uniline offers 1233 lb. radial load support and linear speeds of up to 275"/s with strokes of over 20 ft. ROLLON's unique Compact Rail design offer two different rail designs TLV43, KLV43 & ULV43 for the H75 family to maximize and individualize the bearing to our customer's application. Our standard H75 Uniline linear bearing offers the U-rail inside. The U-rail and slider allow the units to function and absorb parallelism errors in the mounting structure. The K-Rail offers angular movement of plus and minus 2 degrees for the slider providing misalignment abilities between to structures. This bearing system works well for large dimensional loads and if addition load support is required. The T-rail on the other hand provides a secure fit of the slider inside the rail. The Compact Rail is placed flat against the inside bottom of the extrusion to minimize the overall dimension to 2.9" x 2.9". The H75 extrusion ends are protected by high quality plastic caps.
