ROLLON TELESCOPIC RAIL give big advantages in reducing fixed structures volumes in machines making 'links' between two different far elements.

STRONG POINTS

Induction-hardened raceways, with highest capacity loads (till 1 ton. with a couple of rails 1 meter long and 1 meter stroke). They also ensure that the slides work well even with vibrations that render simple drawer slides inoperative almost immediately.

The precision of the materials and the tight constructive tolerances allow a sweet, smooth slide without play – even with the maximum loads applied.



 

Application example made with TELESCOPIC RAIL:

Plate lift for disabled people, on a public transport bus.

Requirements needed:

  • Very high capacity load with high safety marges

  • Very low flection in opening, in order not to overcharge cylinders

  • Smooth movement

  • Resistance to shock and vibrations

Application data:

  • Maximum load: 350 kg

  • Dimensions of the plate: 800 x 1000 mm

  • Maximum flection in opening: 5 mm

Solution:

  • N° 2 rails "DE43-770" in parallel.
    These rails can offer a very high stiffness due to its 'double T' intermediate element.
