Rollon confirms its presence at automatica 2025, one of the world’s premier trade fairs for smart automation and robotics. From June 24 to 27 in Munich, the company will present its latest solutions in linear motion technology, developed to meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and efficiency in industrial automation.
This June, Rollon will bring its advanced linear motion solutions to automatica 2025 – the leading international trade fair for smart automation and robotics – taking place from June 24 to 27 in Munich, Germany.
Located in Hall B6, Booth 534, Rollon will demonstrate how its products deliver high performance, durability, and low maintenance, helping ensure safe and efficient operation in demanding automation and robotics environments.
Key highlights on display
Visitors to the Rollon booth can explore a wide range of innovations designed to meet the evolving needs of automated systems, including:
Telescopic System TLS – Engineered for tight spaces
Specially developed for use in confined environments, the TLS telescopic linear actuator is available in 2- and 3-stage configurations, offering strokes up to 3,000 mm and payload capacities up to 450 kg. Its combination of extruded aluminum profiles, rigid recirculating ball guides, and rack-and-pinion drives ensures performance and cost-effectiveness, making it ideal when vertical or horizontal space is limited.

AXNR – Compact and precise circular motion
The Nadella AXNR circular system is a modular, space-saving solution tailored for curved motion paths. Known for its high load capacity and precision, it offers smooth, quiet operation and a compact footprint thanks to its direct gearbox connection. The modular architecture allows fast customization to suit specific application needs.

H-Bot system – High dynamics in a compact design
With a focus on speed and precision, the H-Bot gantry system integrates belt-driven linear axes and recirculating ball guides. Its innovative dual-motor X-axis and single-belt design minimizes moving mass by eliminating the Y-axis motor, resulting in reduced vibrations and enhanced dynamics – ideal for handling loads up to 10 kg in space-constrained environments.
