Needle Roller Bearings

Roller bearings are fundamental components in motion systems, engineered to support heavy loads and reduce friction in rotating or oscillating applications. Designed for durability, precision and smooth performance, these bearings use rolling elements instead of sliding surfaces, making them ideal for demanding industrial environments. Whether in machinery, automation, transport equipment or heavy-duty assemblies, roller bearings ensure reliable operation and long service life. 

Needle Thrust Bearings

Nadella needle thrust bearings designed to support high axial loads while maintaining a small space requirement. This makes them particularly useful in applications where space is limited but high load carrying capacity and rigidity are required

Full Complement Needle Bearings

Nadella full complement needle bearings have a through hardened outer ring which results in high static and dynamic load capacities and an ability to withstand overloading, shocks and vibration. They are particularly suitable for operations involving oscillating motion but may also accept high speed conditions where good alignment is necessary

Combined Bearings

Nadella combined bearings designed to support simultaneously both radial and axial load. They comprise a needle thrust bearing and needle cage retained in a common outer ring. Their high radial and axial load capacities and small space requirement enable cost effective solutions to be achieved.

What are Roller Bearings

Roller bearings are mechanical components that support shafts or rotating parts while minimising friction through rolling contact. Unlike ball bearings, which use spherical elements, roller bearings employ cylinders, needles, tapers or barrel-shaped rollers to manage higher load capacities. 

What are Needle Roller Bearings used for? 

Needle roller bearings are used in applications where space is limited but high load capacity is required. Due to their long, thin rollers, they can support significant radial loads while maintaining a compact profile. They are commonly found in automotive systems, gearboxes, pumps, construction equipment, agricultural machinery and various industrial automation setups. 

How to grease Roller Bearings? 

Greasing roller bearings is essential to maintain smooth operation and extend their service life. The process starts by cleaning the bearing and surrounding area to remove any old grease or debris. Once clean, fresh grease of the recommended grade should be applied evenly so it reaches the rolling elements and raceways. Regular relubrication at the intervals suggested by the manufacturer helps ensure long-term protection for tapered roller bearings, spherical roller bearings, needle roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings.
