Rollon rod ends are mechanical components designed to meet the most demanding industrial requirements. They are ideal for high stresses, significant speeds and heavy loads. Rollon rod ends include maintenance-free ball or roller solutions for heavy-duty or high-precision applications. The Rollon range includes specific products for harsh environments and high temperatures.

Premium Line

Durbal Premium Line heavy duty rod ends in accordance with DIN ISO 12240-4 consist of a housing, and inner ring with integrated self-aligning roller or ball bearing. Ideal for high-speed applications.

Basic Line

Durbal Basic Line rod ends in accordance with DIN ISO 12240-4 consist of a heat-treated steel housing with a pressed spherical plain bearing. Maintenance free rod ends, ideal for high-temperature applications.

Classic Line

Durbal Classic Line heavy-duty rod ends. Sliding execution. Maintenance free or required and ideal for heavy load applications.

Tesno ®

Chiavette Unificate maintenance free rod ends. Sliding execution. Ideal for high temperature applications and in case of dynamic load peaks.

Tescubal ®

Chiavette Unificate heavy-duty and high-precision rod ends. Sliding execution. Maintenance free. Ideal for heavy loads and high-speed applications.

Rod ends

Rod ends are precision components designed to allow multidirectional angular and rotational movements between two parts. Thanks to their structure, consisting of an internal spherical ring housed in an external housing, they are able to handle heavy loads and constant vibrations. Rod ends are used in numerous industrial applications, such as machinery and handling equipment.

What is the difference between a roller and a ball joint head?

Roller rod ends offer greater load-carrying capacity making them ideal for high-stress applications. Ball rod ends allow compensation of misalignment and precision in angular movements, essential features for applications requiring precision and long life
