Locknuts

Locknuts and rings are engineered for applications where precision clamping and powerful, safe locking are critical requirements, and for the adjustment and clamping of all types of bearings. The original clamping system is built around a threaded clamping spring wired EDM on the nut or ring body. When the grub screws are tightened, very strong pressure is applied onto this threaded spring, which meshes precisely into the corresponding threads of the shaft or spindle. This interlocking action delivers an exceptionally secure and stable hold, effectively eliminating the risk of unintended loosening even under the most demanding operating conditions.

These products are widely adopted across technologically demanding industries, including nuclear, automotive, textile, and printing. The range is available in multiple configurations: radial or axial clamping, in standard, balanced, and heavy-duty variants. Nuts and rings can be installed and removed without any loss of precision, and custom configurations are available upon request, including alternative materials, left-hand threads, and other tailored specifications.
