Product Description

The O-Rail linear system with rollers ensures the highest flexibility of configuration thanks to the original shape of the FXRG guide, the system basic component, featuring 3 raceways arranged at 90°, over which the R series rollers can run on any one of the 3 raceways.

Using a single or multiple parallel guides allows users to achieve several combinations, able to meet all linear motion requirements.

O-Rail has been designed as a versatile linear system, ideal for automated applications. It is an easy to assemble system, able to offer a smooth motion even on uneven surfaces.

Technical features

  • Very low friction and very smooth operation

  • Large loading capacity ensured by a double ball race with a very thick external ring and superfinished raceways with gothic profile
  • Life lubricated with a special grease to cater for a wide range of operating temperatures: from –40°to +130° C
  • Rotational motion compensation up to ± 5° and axial motion compensation up to ± 1mm
  • Neoprene seals to ensure protection from dust
  • ROLLON-NOX patented production process to further improve the material of the guide, including a thermo-chemical deep nitriding hardening treatment and a black post-oxidizing treatment to ensure an effective rust protection (120 hours in saline mist)
